The Sala delle Virtu’ (Room of the Virtues), with its mosaic floor, and its gessoed walls, takes its name from the fresco representing the virtues that originally decorated the ceiling. Today a surviving fragment of that fresco hangs on the entrance wall. The Sala delle Virtu’, accessible from the hall and linked to the Sala degli Specchi (Room of Mirrors), is perfect for private dining or for quiet and reserved meetings.
